Right of Withdrawal

Information about the right of withdrawal in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users).

2. Right of Withdrawal: When Does It Apply?

The right of withdrawal allows consumers to return a product or cancel a service contracted online without needing to provide justification, within 14 calendar days from the purchase.

2.1. Ticket Sales Through Our Platform:

The right of withdrawal may apply in the following cases:

• Purchase of event tickets more than 14 days in advance of the event date.
• Digital services (premium subscriptions, content access) before their complete execution.

2.2. Exceptions: When the Right of Withdrawal Does NOT Apply

According to Article 103 of the TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:

• Leisure services with a specific date: If you buy a ticket for an event at a specific date and time (concert, party, etc.), you CANNOT withdraw once service provision has begun or if the event is imminent.
• Immediately downloaded digital content: If you acquire instant access to event lists or digital content and begin downloading it, you lose the right of withdrawal.
• Services fully executed with consent: If you expressly request that a service be executed immediately (e.g., instant sending of reservation confirmation), you waive the right of withdrawal.

3. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal for ticket purchases, you should:

1. Send an unequivocal declaration of your intention to withdraw to:

   • Your full name
   • Order number or purchase reference
   • Purchase date
   • Description of the service/ticket purchased
3. Deadline: 14 calendar days from the purchase date.

4. Effects of Withdrawal

If you exercise the right of withdrawal and it is accepted:

• We will refund the amount paid (including processing fees) within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the withdrawal.
• The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless you expressly authorize another method.
• We will not charge any commission for the refund.

5. Ticket Purchases Through valencia-fiesta.es

When you purchase tickets through valencia-fiesta.es:

• The right of withdrawal must be exercised with FOL Group SLU through the contact information provided below.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
• For events organized by third parties, organizer-specific policies may apply in addition to our general terms.

Note: For tickets purchased directly from event organizers outside our platform, their cancellation policies apply instead.
