How much does it cost?
Your organizer account and event listings are free — no monthly fees. When you sell tickets on Valencia Fiesta, buyers pay the ticket price plus a 5% service fee. You receive the ticket price minus our 5% commission and Stripe's payment fee (e.g. approx. 1.5% + €0.25 per order for EU cards). No hidden costs.
How and when do I get paid?
Via Stripe Connect. In your organizer dashboard, go to Finances and connect your own Stripe account. You verify your identity or business directly with Stripe and enter your bank details there — not with us. The day after your event, your share is transferred to your Stripe account automatically, and Stripe pays it out to your bank according to your payout schedule. If your Stripe verification isn't complete yet, your share is held and transferred as soon as it is. No invoices to chase, no manual bank transfers.
What kind of events can I list?
Any legal nightlife event in Valencia: club nights, concerts, live music, themed parties, festival pre-parties, bar events and more. Events must comply with Spanish law.
Do I need a business registration?
Not to list events — anyone can. To sell tickets and get paid, you complete Stripe's verification when connecting your account; both individuals and businesses can do this. If you're a registered business, adding your CIF adds credibility. As the seller of the tickets, you're responsible for VAT and invoicing on your ticket revenue; we invoice you for our commission.
How do reservations work?
Reservations and ticket sales are two separate options. For reservations, add your email or WhatsApp to the event: guests contact you directly and you confirm with them — no payment goes through us. With ticket sales, guests pay online on Valencia Fiesta and receive a QR e-ticket by email, which you scan at the door.
What happens if my event is cancelled?
Let us know straight away. Buyers are refunded in full, including the service fee — the same applies if the event changes materially (e.g. new date or venue). Refunded tickets are not paid out to you; if the payout for those tickets has already been transferred, it is reclaimed from your Stripe account. Chargebacks caused by a cancelled or changed event or refused admission can also be reclaimed, including Stripe's dispute fee. Buyers have no right of withdrawal for dated events, so tickets aren't refunded just because someone changes their mind.
Can I edit or delete events?
Yes, full control. Edit details anytime, duplicate recurring events, or remove events you no longer need — all from your dashboard. Once tickets are sold, cancelling or materially changing the event means buyers are refunded (see above).
