Welcome to Valencia Fiesta. By accessing and using our platform, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms govern the use of the website valencia-fiesta.es (hereinafter, "the Platform"), operated by FOL Group SLU.

The Platform is an event listing directory for Valencia nightlife. Its purpose is:

• To allow event organizers to publish information about their activities.
• To help users search, discover, and contact organizers.

Important: The Platform does NOT sell tickets, does NOT process payments, and does NOT organize events directly. We act solely as information intermediaries.

3. Conditions of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Not engage in activities that may damage, overload, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas or other users' accounts.
• Not use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without authorization.
• Not impersonate third parties.
• Not use the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes (data resale, spam, etc.).

4. User Registration

4.1. Visitor Users

Access to public event information is free. Registration is not required to browse the Platform.

4.2. Participants

Users may register as participants to save events and receive notifications. Registration requires:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Phone number (optional)
• Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

4.3. Organizers

To publish events, organizers must register providing:

• Full name or business name
• Organization/business name
• Contact person
• Valid email address
• Phone/WhatsApp number
• Website (optional)
• Tax ID/CIF (for business invoicing in Spain)

Organizers commit to providing truthful and up-to-date information. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.

4.4. Account Suspension and Cancellation

FOL Group SLU reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these Terms.
• Publish illegal, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Engage in practices that damage the Platform's image or operation.

5. Personal Data Protection

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 and applicable Spanish legislation (LOPDGDD), we inform you that:

• The data controller is FOL Group SLU.
• Your personal data will be processed to manage your account and provide our services.
• The legal basis is the execution of the contract (user registration) and your consent.
• Your data will be retained while your account is active and for legal obligations thereafter.
• You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection.

7. Event Publication

7.1. Organizer Responsibility

The organizer is solely responsible for:

• The accuracy of event information (date, time, location, price, etc.).
• Compliance with applicable regulations (licenses, permits, minimum age, security, etc.).
• Reservation management, ticketing, and customer service.

FOL Group SLU does not verify the accuracy of published events and is not responsible for errors, cancellations, or breaches by organizers.

7.2. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to publish events or content that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes third-party rights.
• Promotes violence, hatred, discrimination, or illegal activities.
• Contains pornographic, obscene, or inappropriate material.
• Encourages drug use or dangerous behavior.
• Violates intellectual property rights.
• Is misleading or spam.

8. Intellectual Property

All Platform elements (design, code, logos, texts, structure) are the property of FOL Group SLU or third parties who have authorized their use.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent.

Organizers retain ownership of content they publish (photos, descriptions) but grant FOL Group SLU a non-exclusive license to display them on the Platform and related promotional materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

FOL Group SLU is not responsible for:

• Errors, inaccuracies, or fraudulent content published by organizers.
• Cancellations, last-minute changes, or breaches by organizers.
• Damages arising from misuse of the Platform by users.
• Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
• Data loss, viruses, or intrusions caused by third parties.

The Platform is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties regarding its availability, operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In no case shall FOL Group SLU's liability exceed the amount paid by the user (in case of future paid services).

10. Modifications

FOL Group SLU reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on the Platform.

If you continue using the Platform after changes are published, you accept the new Terms.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Andorra and applicable Spanish regulations.

For dispute resolution, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Andorra, without prejudice to:

• The rights of European consumers under Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (judicial competence in their habitual place of residence).
• EU consumer protection regulations, which shall prevail in case of conflict.
