2. Purpose and Platform Description

The Platform is an event guide for nightlife in Valencia and sells tickets for events whose organizers have enabled ticket sales on valencia-fiesta.es. On the Platform:

• Users can browse event information (date, time, location, music genre).
• Users can contact event organizers directly (e.g. by email or WhatsApp, where the organizer provides these details).
• Users can buy tickets for events with ticket sales enabled on valencia-fiesta.es.
• Organizers can publish their own events after registration and, optionally, sell tickets through the Platform.

Signature Services Ltd. does not organize the events. It sells tickets in the name and on behalf of the event organizer as its commercial agent; the contract for attending the event is concluded between the buyer and the organizer. Signature Services Ltd. collects the payment as the organizer's agent, delivers the e-tickets and provides customer service for the purchase; payments are processed by Stripe. Tickets for events on a specific date are not subject to a right of withdrawal; refunds are made if the organizer cancels or materially changes the event. For events imported from external sources, tickets are purchased on the third-party website (e.g. Xceed, Fourvenues) under that provider's terms. Details are set out in our Terms of Service.

3. Access and Use Conditions

Access to the Platform and the publication of events are free. Ticket purchases are subject to the ticket price plus a service fee, as set out in the Terms of Service. Use of the Platform is subject to these conditions. The user agrees to:

• Not use the Platform for illegal purposes or contrary to good faith.
• Not transmit offensive, defamatory, obscene content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Signature Services Ltd. and third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All Platform content (texts, images, graphic design, source code, logos, trademarks) is the property of Signature Services Ltd. or third parties who have authorized its use.

Event information, images, logos and trademarks provided by organizers or taken from third-party sources remain the property of their respective owners.

Reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation of such content without express authorization from the owner is prohibited.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your rights or is unlawful, please notify us at info@valencia-fiesta.es. We will review the notice and remove or block the content promptly where appropriate.

5. Liability and Disclaimer

Signature Services Ltd. is not responsible for:

• The veracity, accuracy or currency of information published by event organizers or imported from third-party sources.
• Damages arising from misuse of the Platform by users.
• Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures or causes beyond our control.
• Third-party content linked from the Platform.

The organizer is responsible for holding the event as described. Our obligations regarding tickets sold on the Platform, including refunds, are set out in the Terms of Service.

These limitations do not apply to liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or to any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, in particular mandatory consumer protection law.

6. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Platform may contain links to external websites. Signature Services Ltd. has no control over such sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices. Purchases made on third-party ticketing sites (e.g. Xceed, Fourvenues) are governed by that provider's terms. If we become aware of unlawful content on a linked site, we will remove the link promptly.

7. Data Protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by the laws of Malta, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions of Spanish law applicable to information society services directed at Spain (LSSI-CE).

If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country of your habitual residence. Consumers may bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence and may only be sued there. For disputes with businesses, the courts of Malta have jurisdiction.

9. Modifications

Signature Services Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Legal Notice at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on the Platform. Contracts already concluded (e.g. ticket purchases) remain subject to the terms in force at the time of purchase.
